Reviews
"She is very caring and thorough. I came into her care 5 years into my cancer diagnosis and she listened to my Family planning goals and helped to carry me through my pregnancy."
"Dr Bi is very patient and thorough. We never felt rushed and she answered all of our questions. She is direct (but kind) and I really appreciate that. I would recommend."
"I have been seeing Dr. Bi since I moved here over 10 years ago. First for follow up of my Bone Marrow Transplant for Leukemia in Seattle prior to my moving here and later for multiple blood clots in my leg. In fact, I still see her annually for follow up of the blood clots. I couldn't have found a better doctor. She is friendly, has loads of patience, a great sense of humor, takes time to answer all my questions and is thorough in going over things I need to know. I can't imagine ever using a different Oncologist/Hematologist. I spent six months in Seattle where I had my BMT and dealt with at least a dozen different Hem/Ocs. Not one of them could come close to her in abilities. I would recommend her to my family, friends or actually anyone needing a doctor within her specialty. Try her, after all if you don't like her change docs...but you won't!"
"Very rude! Didn’t have my records and acted as though it was my fault. First sentence she said when entering room was,” I don’t have your records so why are you here?” I had a copy of my records and gave them to her and she said she had no time to look through all of them. Would not let me speak and finish a sentence without interrupting me. Talked down to me. She kept pointing at my creatinine level and saying that’s normal, that’s normal why are you here. I have no idea why creatinine had anything to do with my visit when I was there for anemia. When I told her that she responded with asking, “so you are a physician.” I have been in the medical field for over 20 years and have never witnessed anything close to her rudeness. Don’t waste your time."
