"It's pretty sad that you travel 3 hours away to hear about this scary procedure and right when you are ready to go back they say hateful that they can only have 2 visitors. I mean seriously someone without a heart must make these rules here. Meanwhile I'm sitting in the waiting room and the receptionist are laughing and carrying on like it's party time. :("
