"I had my wifes Hybrid Lexus RX450h towed to this place after reading good reviews. The car would not start despite resetting computer, installing a new 12v battery, kicking the tires-hard, etc. A "check hybrid system" and "check brake sytem" error would not go away. Chris immediately hoped in the car and hooked up his computer. He mentioned that it's likely the hybrid battery going bad but he could not know for sure because I had previously erased the cars history. He got the car started, no errors and did not charge me a penny. The car is driving perfectly. If the errors pop up again, I will take it directly to Chris. He gave me very reasonable prices and options to replace the Hybrid battery if needed. If you don't mind the 'shade tree mechanic' appearance I reccomend Chris, he knows Hybrids of all types and will not nickel dime you."
