"Thanks to one of your employees, Keshanna, at the location on Kirby who provided me with a great customer experience. Yes, the service was quick, but I came in a little frustrated about the purpose of my return and what I had dealt with by the company whom I made the purchase from. Keshanna was full of smiles and positive energy and just made me change my mood. Thanks for the experience!"
"I had a great experience at this store location thanks to Shamerria! She was very helpful with making sure my packages arrived to the right location and on time. And also greeted me and thanked me."
"An excerpt from the email I sent after a very frustrating situation there. If I could I would give this place negative. Thus far I have not received a response. "I came in to get documents notarized at the store located at 1779 Kirby Parkway, Suite 1. Since I do a lot of documents for a living, I went ahead and pulled out the sheets that gave notarization instructions. Jaivon Cooke, the notary, glanced at the papers and, without even looking into the instructions, she set them aside. I went so far as to pull out the exact paper and I pointed it out exactly. She took the paper and tossed it to the side and placed her notary stamp where it invalidated the document. I pointed out that she had done exactly what it said not to do. As I was explaining to her where the notarization should have been located, she put yet another notary stamp on the document again in the incorrect place. She had a very flippant attitude from the beginning. I then explain my frustration to her and how I do my job accurately and expect others to do their job accurately. I explained my frustration that I had pointed out exactly what page to find how to do the notarization on. The instructions were simple - don't cover the writing and put it in the center of the page near the bottom. I asked to speak with the manager when she couldn't muster any type of remorse or care. The manager, Kevin May, actually got upset with me because of the situation. I never acted rude at all. I explained to Kevin that I was frustrated that she did not do her job accurately and that there were cameras if he doubted what I said. He got rude with me and told me it was his store and he knows exactly where the cameras are. As a customer that has just been treated poorly and had her documents destroyed by an incompetent and rude employee, this was not a great way to handle things. His attitude was worse than hers because his was aggressive and hers was flippant with a lack of care. I asked to have the information to contact the owner of the store and hers. He gave me a card with his information and the store owner's information. He did not give me hers but I knew hers was on the document she had notarized. As I was leaving she demanded the paper back she had notarized. I told her absolutely not and that it was my paperwork and she would not be getting it. I wanted to keep the paper since it had her lackluster notarization that invalidated the document and her name. I have attached her notarization here. I do not feel that these people are deserving of the jobs they have. These types of attitudes are better suited for jobs that do not come in contact with the public. I understand you cannot control everything that goes on with employees, but I felt you should know what occurred today. As a side note, there was a lady that I held the door open for as she walked out when I was entering the store. She came back inside the store as I was standing there. As she walked out the second time, she made comments about how people can't even smile there. Please feel free to look at the cameras, as I told the store manager, to see how the interaction went. I told him this because I understand I'm a patron that he has no background with. Having video footage would allow him to see the interaction in an unbiased manner.""
"Cole was pretty awesome. Knowledgeable, kind spirited, and fast. The location is always clean and orderly, and the associates are always ready to assist however. They're also patient with explaining things."
"Fast, friendly service from Carrie and a clean store! Great experience at this UPS. They also have a stop off kiosk for Amazon returns!"
