"Dr. Was set office is always packed. Does this bother me? No, it means people trust him. He has taken my 93 year old mother in law off medications that she did not need and she has more energy than ever. My mother when she was alive loved him. He was patient with her and helped in so many ways. My husband of 7 yrs. would not go any where else. And I too trust Dr. Was set. His concern for his patients makes him the doctor he is today. Oh, and Ms. Peggy Ward, there are not enough words to express my appreciation for her love, dedication and compassion."
"Dr. Wassef is a wonderful provider, however, he doesn't have a great staff to back him. Ms. Peggy is nice and the phlebotomist is as well. However, everyone else including his medical assistant will run you away. His medical assistant is clueless! The other provider in the office is as well and no one wants to be seen when Dr. Wassef is out of the office. He needs a nurse instead of that empty medical assistant and maybe some things would flow better. He also needs a better partner in his office."
"My daughter went to see Dr Wassef for a chronic health issue and they refused to fill out her short term paperwork so she lost her job and her healthcare insurance . I will never set foot in this clinic again. Now she has a chronic health condition without healthcare insurance. This makes no since to me or our family who all use this clinic ..... No more"
