He was gentle and made sure I was comfortable. Suzy was amazing like before and was my cheerleader for my first extraction. I highly recommend Highland Dentistry. "Location was closed when patient had scheduled appointment. Patient arrived before appointment and no one was there, location was closed even though their displayed hours included the time of the appointment. Patient called location several times, no answer, tried calling throughout the day and still no answer. The staff is friendly, but this is a bad example of customer service. If something came up which did not allow then to open, they should reach out to their patients to let them know. I like to have confidence in my dentist as I can be quite nervous during appointments. Even if they apologize and explain what happened I wouldn’t feel comfortable going back to them. How can you trust someone to do medical procedures when they can’t run a business correctly? I was thinking of trying them out as my primary dentist (I have same health coverage as my friend) but after this, I will not be going there."
