"A few weeks ago, I had an old crown fall out, which needed to be replaced immediately. I called around to find a Medicare/Kaiser/Care Credit approved dentist; not an easy thing to do. Ann at BPD was extremely friendly (!!!) and willing to help me out. Dr. Cai is a precision dentist and very careful at what he does (special acknowledgment to assistant "Stephanie" for her help). All billing was up front, and spelled out clearly for my approval. I've been to many dentists over the years, and this one is my favorite! The day I had the permanent crown placed, I added a deep cleaning, which went very well, too. Highly recommended."
"The BEST dentist my family has seen. My kids love Dr. Cai and so does my elderly father. He is very kind and lets you know exactly what he's doing at all times. I had a terrible toothache and he took care of me the same day. I couldn't be more grateful."
"This dental office has a habit of recommending unnecessary services and overcharging unsuspecting clients. On top of several incidents happened before, we were charged over $1,200 cash for deep cleaning and fillings. We were also told that the fillings were not covered by insurance, which is not true. After we filed a grievance, insurance company ruled that the fillings are covered and eventually we received a refund of $320. We understand that people make mistakes, but what irritated us most were the rude behavior and condescending attitude once they realized that we caught them overcharging. We literally heard Ann (front desk) bad mouthing our insurance plan in front of us. After this incident and two weeks before next cleaning appointment, we received a notice saying that we were kicked out by Blackhawk Plaza Dental. SMH. Stay away from this place."
"The most caring Dentist I have ever known. Generally I need "Happy Gas" for any/all work done. But with Dr Chi very seldom do I need to use it anymore! His staff is awesome, especially Miss Ann! Thank you Blackhawk Plaza Dental, I can now smile proudly!"
