"Have no knowledge on dental insurance. I got to pay unncessarily more than 1200$ for just cleaning and filling which are mostly covered by insurance. And, because of such practices Americans healthcare has become so expensive. This review is not about the doctor and just about the office. Here is my story. Before visiting the doctor I have called the office to check they my insurance is covered giving the full plan details etc. And, they said YES. My wife had few teeth extraction followed by dental cleaning and fillings for my whole family. Including little kids who do not need much dental care yet. And, they did everything so fast as if I am doing to die without those cleanings etc. At the end I got bill for all my visits including cleaning etc saying that provider is out of network for my insurance. I have called them gently asking to consider reducing the bill as the whole thing started because of the office saying that I am covered under my insurance. And, they were not willing to help me. And, finally they say that my insurance is covered but I am OUT OF NETWORK. I dont even understand what does that mean. Everybody treats patients for all insurance. All that matters is if the provide is IN-NETWORK or not. They know the fact that they were OUT OF NETWORK. But, they hide that just to make money. It was my mistake. I should have checked if the provider is IN or OUT Network. But, I never thought these office LIE. Just avoid such doctor offices. These are the doctors why American healthcare is so messy."
