I wish I caught his truck number but maybe you can look up the routing. I wanted to tell the higher ups that you have a very nice guy working for you! He gave some very important info on where to turn around and how to get back on the interstate. Just a genuinely nice fellow and very helpful. "Shipping receiving hours are -11am to 6pm. Don’t come early. I waited over three hours. Online says hours 7 am to 6 but office only 45 minutes after shipper came 11 am. No overnight parking inside the company, however plenty of space on front street. Canadian load."

"I work here... If your picking up or delivering here use gate on Norbrook dr. Call number on gate after 8am for access. Driver entrance on dock side of office. Several places to park overnight outside the gate."
"I came in the gate with a large pallet box on the trailer, they whipped out with a forklift nabbed the pallet and 4 days later it was in New Zealand. Cannot complain about that and the ease of service. Pretty sure you could get these guys delivering pizzas across international borders and it would still be warm on arrival. Exceptional performance."
