Americold Logistics West Memphis

"My experience was good. Overnight parking on right side of building (if facing building from street). You can also park overnight along the fence if you need to. Pleanty of space to back in. For receiving at Americold - Check in starts at 0730 (rt side of building). I was given a door right away and fully unloaded with paperwork in hand an hour later. There is a restroom in the receiving office. It was open all night when I was there but it was dirtier than a park public restroom. It was clogged, looked and smelled as if it hasn't been cleaned in ages."

"Picked up a load of frozen turkeys this morning. Had an 8am appt. Checked in at 7:45am. They finished loading & handed me the seal at 8:46am. Went in to get ppwk & was DONE by 8:55am. No damages to my air chute & my 3 hot pink painted load bars were put back in my box. [Painted them to reduce forgetful dock ppl...lol!] Good experience here this time for me."

"One of the worst receiving in the world. My truck is checked in and they have all docks available the workers are sitting in the office on their cell phones saying they are supper busy."
