"Paschall truck lines is a very good place to work. For the most part. I have been treated very good and respectful. There are no companies that are perfect. They just don't exist. People have their own personalities. Companies each have sets of rules. This is where the most part comes in. No one, no company is perfect. Things will happen that are going to get you upset no matter where you work. You have to do your part. Ask question why something went wrong for you. No point in getting irritated when you never inquired about the reason. You have to contribute to any organization if you want the best results for you and the company you work for. That's just a common sense attitude. It should be everyones goal to earn respect, not demand it. The same holds true when Interacting with our customers. Make every day a good day."
"I do not personally work for the company, but these are just a few things I've witnessed while a friend of mine works there. 1. My friend had to wait almost 2 weeks past orientation for his drug test to clear. Missed the holidays with family waiting to start work. 2. This female driver lead is so disrespectful and talks to the driver like he is her child instead of an adult. 3. They reduce the actual miles driven so you can be paid less. 4. When you tell the mechanics at the terminal something is wrong with the truck, they do not fix it. Take my advice, work for a different company"
"They'll get you a rental car to their location then offer you less money and send you home on a bus of yo don't agree. The also had the whole training class before me waiting on truck 2 days after their orientation was over."
"This company is straight garbage!!! Recruiters are liars just to fill a seat. I dealt with Kelsey Mason and was told everything was a go for me to show up for orientation. Only to be told that because of my 30yr. Old background I was not eligible to work for them. Then instead of granting me a car rental to get back to Texas, they tell me they have a bus ticket for me. It took everything in my soul not to punch that director in his face.. Do Not Waste Your Time with this nonsense!!"
"DO NOT WORK HERE. low miles. I got 200 miles a trip with delivery times that couldn’t be met for 15 hours after shutting down. Talked to my dispatcher and his boss and was basically told to go screw my self, nothing they could do because freight is slow. If it’s so slow then why hire all these drivers? Sat for three days in Greenville SC at food lion because PTL messed up and didn’t include the split load information. Refused to pay me a dime for an of the three days I spent in Greenville with their 200 mile load. Decided it’s time to quit, didn’t wanna get me back to their terminal, so I dead headed 400 miles and they charged me over 500 dollars and held my check hostage. Do no waste your time with these clowns."
