"Dr. Stich and his staff are amazing! They were very kind and helped me out to get me in when I was in pain. He explained everything he was going to do and was very thorough with his evaluation to make sure we were getting the right tooth. He was gentle and kind and so was his assistant and front staff. He also called to check on me at night after hours on his own time. I would definitely recommend Dr. Stich!"
"I saw Dr. Stich last fall about a root canal. After a couple visits and multiple imaging studies, I decided to put off my procedure until this year for financial reasons. So when I was ready for the procedure I called and spoke to the receptionist in his office to schedule the procedure or see if he needed me to come in again before then. She said she would speak to Dr. Stich and get back to me. They never did. I only found out through my dentist that I had been “fired” from his practice and that he would no longer be treating me. When I asked my dentist why, he said he didn’t know. So I called the office and again they didn’t return my call to explain. This is completely unprofessional, disrespectful and unkind. I have no idea why he “fired” me from his practice. Certainly I would like to know because if I said or did something wrong I want to know about it so I don’t do it again in the future. Maybe it was because I asked too many questions? Or was it because I took too long to have the surgery? If so, this is bad practice because patients have the right to choose when it is the best time to have a surgery, especially when they are paying out of pocket (unless it’s an emergency, of course). Patients also have the right to ask questions about their care prior to a surgery and feel comfortable with their decision. And lastly, if someone is “fired” from a practice, patients deserve an explanation, especially when they’ve invested their time and money with that provider. I honestly have no idea why he dropped me as a patient. As a health care provider myself, I know that in my practice it is a rare occasion that I “fire” a patient and that only happens if a patient is inappropriate with me or my office staff. I was always polite with Dr. Stich and his office staff and I paid my bills. I cannot comment on his surgical skills but because of the unprofessional way in which he treated me I would not recommend Dr. Stich to my friends or family."
"First root canal in over 50 years!! Dr Stitch was reassuring by his gentle demeanor, which allowed me to relax during the procedure. Very professional office staff."
"I saw this doctor years ago after being told my tooth was 75 percent gone and cannot be saved. He completed my root canal and I now have a crown. Wonderful experience, this office made me feel safe and not afraid."
