"We Shipped over $6,000 worth of our products from Jackson Tennessee They scanned them when they were picked up, When they got to the Jackson Terminal they were scanned there. We paid for top load only, do not stack. They were misloaded and stacked under lawn mowers and sent to Memphis. Estes verified that this is what happened. We called the local office in Jackson and we were told they had lost the skid and had no idea where it was. These AJD Designs custom Metal Balcony Panels were time sensitive because they were to be installed in a new $million home. We did our customer the way we expect to be done. We produced a new $6000 worth of panels for this order and drove them to Sevierville TN (7 hour drive one way)to deliver them to our customer on time for the completion of their home so they could get a move in certificate. Now that Estes can't find them they said they could offer us a $950 refund but we must pay the shipping first which was almost $600. So basically we are going to lose about $5400 because we trusted Estes to treat us as a customer the same way we treat our customers. Estes will never get another dime of AJD Designs Money. All of this can be verified with Estes's own records. It is sad that a trucking company can admit that they lost $6000 worth of our products and simply don't care about this customer or the customer we were serving!!!"
