"I paid for a car wash. I got through step one inside the car wash, which was plain water, and some spinning, scrubbing on the sides. Then everything stopped no soap, no top of the car washed, and no dryer. I went into the store. The attendant gave me another car wash code, and the same thing happened again. a different attendant claimed that he could not refund me. He offered to allow me one more time Through the car wash. I didn’t have time and I had my granddaughter in the car. So I drove away $11 poorer and with a drippy muddy car. No rain check. I had a similar experience a few months back. The second time through worked That time. I just don’t understand how the company could allow this kind of thing to happen. I was there on Monday, January 8 th at around 4 o’clock in the afternoon. There have also been issues at the pump. After you pump your gas, it tells you you have to go in and see the attendant. That’s happened twice. In the last year."

"I go to the Chevron gas station sometimes to get my car washed and pay for “The Works” Car Wash I paid the cashier $12.00 in cash that included the foam car wash, power spray rinse, and the clear coated liquid wax. I was given a sales receipt that I need to enter in a (6 digit code) into this machine when I drive up to the car wash. It takes about fifteen minutes to get my car washed and use the air machine. My car looks really shiny and beautiful now even my mechanic “Nico Bosi” and the owner of S & R Service Center complimented me in telling me my car looks really shiny! I also get the premium plus gasoline that is kind of pricey and cost me $4.10 for my 1995 Honda Civic DX Coupe Car. I use the 87 higher octane gas because it gives my car better gas mileage and performance on the city and when I drive my car on the high way."

"Blanca has the worst customer service I have ever seen. She was rude and was had a terrible attitude telling me something wasnt a dollar off when clearly it was. Someone really needs to give her a good customer service lesson save your self the headache go to the Chevron down the road off benet.."

"WARNING!!!! to all diesel cars and trucks. This gas station sells bio diesel with content greater than b5. Check your car manual. This type of diesel can damage your engine. It was too late for me. I did not know until I filled up my tank. The gas pump say diesel 2 but on the bottom there is a sticker that says the diesel is a biodiesel with content between b5 and b20. :( Go to another gas station!!!"
