"Humbolt distribution hub needs to be completely restructured or shut down for good. Packages are never on time or lucky to even get them at all."

"Absolutely awful. The delivery driver leaves my packages all over the place when I have clear instructions on my FedEx app to leave at the side door. I have found packages sitting in my driveway & my flower bed. I also have a video from my security camera of my FedEx driver THROWING my package out of his window onto my driveway before driving away. Also, I have had two packages in less than a week say they were delivered and signed for by ME and they were not because I have been at work both times."

"Yall don’t even deserve one star! This is truly the worst FedEx hub. Every package that goes through here always has issues. Now I’m awaiting a priority delivery and my delivery date is pending though I was supposed to have it yesterday. Yall truly give FedEx a bad name this is unacceptable."

"My package should have been delivered on November 13...this is November 18 and still no package...tracking shows it's been in Humbolt TN since November 14...notification says every day it will be delivered between 10 am and 2 pm , and then at the end of the day notification changes to "DELAYED". If this place can't do any better than this, they need to close the door."

"For the last 3 days, I’ve received texts stating my delivery is in the truck to be delivered, yet no one arrives. Today it has been changed to “tried to deliver” and that a future date was requested. I’ve been home all day with doors open, have a camera in my driveway and no one has come to my house. Also, I never requested any later delivery date. I understood they may be busy but to blatantly lie about attempting delivery and any delivery date changes is unacceptable. I will be conferring with any company I order from to switch to ups as I never have an issue there."
