"Got sent there to get an iron infusion, they received all of my information, except for my red blood cell count so I couldn’t get it :( the ladies at the front desk were very sweet, as well as the lady at the door taking temps. The woman who took my blood sample was the most gentle person I’ve ever had taking my blood in the 20 years I’ve been alive. but the Dr I had, Dr gravenor , took lots of notes, was not very nice though. He asked if I had any mental illnesses, I told him some and his reply was “ that’s a lot “ and didn’t even let me finish. After, he said “ what I think is that you don’t have all that and that it’s just one thing that all your symptoms fall under”. I remind you I’m here for Anemia and I have my own psychiatrist/psychologist. He Took a phone call while we were talking and had 0 apology for it. Not coming back."

"I loved my doctor but not the surgery center. They had all my information and told me an exact amount that I would have to pay. I paid half down and starte a payment plan for 3 months. 2 months later a bill comes for anesthesia from another company. I tried to have a calm conversation with the head administrator but she kept talking over me like she already had it in her mind that I was wrong. Her people told me a set price and her excuse was that they are not responsible for letting you know that you will receive a bill from an anesthesia company. It’s a total lack of respect and professionalism. I mean you didn’t have to tell me the amount that I would have to pay to the other company but a heads up that an outside charge might occur would be the right thing to do instead of saying this is all that you have to pay."

Would of gave it back if they call me but nope they just sent the bill to me, months later now its to late to appeal. Last time i check at walgreens ice pack was 7.99$"
