Real Time Transport

"I was in the waiting room of a kaufman dialysis center. A patient was dropped off by this company. The driver said she would be unable to take him home. The patient asked if I could call the number and let him talk to the dispatcher. I did but the nurse was also calling at the same time. The dispatcher got mad at us and called me names and cussed us out. No good deed ever goes unpunished. Okay, new information. I've been trying to reach this company for 2 weeks. and the dispatch. Lady won't let me through. another new update is the patient that I was trying to help came in today. he said the driver went by his house 3 times. Couldn't find the address. And had her children in the car."

"Horrible dirty vans with broken windshields . Real time should not be the name of this company it shod be called bad timing or I’ll get there on my time transportation. An hour late pick up when they send you an email of pick up and drop off. Pick up from was an hour late and everytime you call same woman answers saying she’s not the one you spoke with. But your name is still the same everytime you call. Driver says he did not know I was ready. Lol when I have a confirmation email and text of pick up time established. Find another company your taxes and money are at work for you with your insurance providers, are the ones ho pay them. So don’t be afraid to speak up for yourselves. And yes we could drive to save any issues but we pay our taxes to handle situations like these when they occur. Call your insurance carrier. We Matter‼️"

"This is the absolute worst transportation company ever. Do not schedule today August 21 @4 pm I’ve had an appointment . Usually for Medicade rides they will call you the day before to let you know that you have a ride scheduled. Today the day of my appointment I had to call literally at three to ask what time is my pick up the lady Miss Tiana the representative that answers the phone says you have a 3 o’clock pick up so I said OK got dressed. I call her back to let her know that it is now 320. Where is my right she says that she just got notified that my driver that was supposed to pick me up is in the hospital and she is just not notifying her that she can’t pick me up ! I had to miss my appointment and reschedule. What a horrible service. What a horrible horrible service please do not scheduled to real time"

"This place is the worst. In the last 2 weeks had a doctor appointment and had to cancel because the driver never showed up period. Had a doctor appointment today 5/31/23 driver said that they showed up to the address and called but no one was there. 1st of all no one called had a pickup time of 1050 been setting outside since 1040 waiting and no one should up. So the driver straight up lied about showing up. I'm going to turn them into BBB."
