"They had lied saying they were going to put one of my relatives on the kidney transplant list when they hit 20% and now their at 6% they went to do test and the doctor said that was all the test they needed done to get on the transplant list and come to find out a doctor was supposed to read the test off and they yet to do so we found out they were supposed to do that by going to Nashville trying to get out their transplant list if we didn’t go to Nashville we would be waiting here for nothing. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone."

"I received my letter to show up at 7:30 AM for kidney class. As I am writing this review it is 10AM and I am still waiting. It is truly heart breaking I am trying to save my life and the staff is unaware of what is going on. I guess I will have to travel for my transplant"

"The communication at the front desk is awful. There is certainly a misconnect with the staff and nurses in the back. There is no teamwork at the oval desk. We have been waiting for over an hour on a form to fill out. The answer was they can’t find the nurse who supposed to fill out the paper. Maybe they have to go through a maze to find this nurse? But whatever it is. This is ridiculous. As I am reviewing this. I am still waiting!!!"
