"Terrible Customer Service. A lot of people I know come here. Girls were rude We asked a question. She said oh you have to buy this and this and this. We did. We said not really interested. We are spending a lot of money. The Girl says laughing and smiling. Oh it works. We say what if it doesn’t? She laughed again. And guess what everything we bought that she thought was so funny did not work and also the shirts had holes in them. Think twice before coming in here"

"I have never in my life experienced such poor management. Misinformation was given and the response that was given was “this should be obvious.” I don’t work at Spencer’s, I asked the policy and was given an answer. They were more concerned on what the sales associate looked like rather than a solution for the customer. Absolutely disappointed in the way I was treated."

"My last experience here was going quite well. Until I was confronted by a very rude manager who was going to throw away my $10.00 drink. I did not have my glasses on, so I didn't see the sign when I entered the store saying no drinks. The female manager had reached for my drink from my hand. This is action is very rude, and the attitude she had given me after. My wife had planned on purchasing about $60.00 worth of stuff but instead put this stuff back and as I was asked to leave. Seems like company policy comes before good customer service and company profits. Good luck Spencer's."
