"If I could put 0 stars I would! I have been a customer at thus dental practice since I was a child for over 20 years before Dr Wyatt had taken over. I missed 1 appointment in 20 years. Even though I specifically said not to schedule me for cleanings the last time we spoke. They made me pay for the missed appointment out of pocket, which fine, I understand they don't want to lose money. A year later, now, when I have a cavity they say that I have missed multiple appointments and are refusing me service because of it saying they have repeatedly tried contacting me. In summary, if you do not want to go to the dentist 4 times a year because you don't have dental insurance and can't pay everything out of pocket. This is not the dentist for you. The receptionist was unwilling to compromise or ask anyone else about this issue, I will never be going here again after the unnecessary rudeness and ridiculousness I was on the receiving end of."
