"I would give zero stars if I could. Incompetent, unorganized, rude and with an attitude. I've been sitting at BNA airport for 5 hours waiting for them to deliver my merchandise. Phones not answered, they have no clue where their drivers are and make promises they don't keep to fix the situation. I missed 2 flight because of Express Courier International and have not even gotten something like 'we are sorry for messing up this transport'. I let all my clients know not to work with Express Courier International anymore."

"They lost my package I called and emailed and no response. I have not received my package and no one will help me find it or tell me what is going on. I hope I don't have to deal with this company again."

"Arrived for 8am appt at 0745 on a Saturday to deliver. Couple workers inside told me to back in an empty dock. After an hour of no movement, went to check to see how long, the lady was like, "oh you ready". Another 1.5 hours they start unloading. No work going on from what I saw in the warehouse. Just people b.s'n on their phones. I was the only truck here for the entire 3.25 hours. Unbelievable!"

"They didn't pay me for about 70 routes i did, they told me its been over 15 days for they pay route so they can't pay me, so i called my lawyer now i have to pursue a lawsuit, its still people that work there who haven't been paid, im not done with them and i reported them to better business Bureau."
