My son is a dentist and I just love coming to Andrew to clean my teeth"

"This is by far the worst experience that I have had dealing with a dentist office. They met with me once and it went fine. I scheduled the next appointment and got a reminder email. They texted me last minute and said they had a last minute opening a few weeks ago and I told them I couldn't do it. I got another text right before my 3:30pm appointment today that they wanted to change it to 3:10pm. I didn't realize that they were trying to change the day as well so I agreed. They called right after and said I didn't have an appointment today at 3:30pm. I copied and pasted the text reminder confirming my appointment and the lady just said she didn't know what happened, but that I can't come in today even though I they confirmed the appointment and sent me a reminder text. Are you kidding me?! I took off time off of work and this place has been a nightmare to work with. Don't waste your time dealing with them and them canceling your appointments on you that they set up, it's not worth it!"

The best advice I can give to others is Do not be embarrassed ashamed or scared to go see Dr. Morgan. He is kind, non-judgmental & the best dental technician I've met in my 64 years of life.
