As treatment for cancer is so difficult and scary, it's frustrating to have to wait for help and answers that never come. I cannot recommend this dr., no matter how qualified and caring she is, if her staff is unwilling and unable to help when you are in need over a weekend."

"Incompetent front desk. My mother signed in at the front desk, one other patient sitting in lobby. In the meantime 5 other patients come into the office and they begin calling all of them back, but not my mother. Finally the incompetent front desk person ask her to step to the desk and states that she needs to check her in because she forgot to check her in earlier. In a perfect world this would be no big deal but to my 87 year old mother post mastectomy at the height of covid delta variant cases, it’s extremely angering!"
