"This place is a joke! Bill, Richard and Mike are great as instructors but the owner Issac is a poor excuse of a business owner as instructors are not being paid. The telephones and electricity is also off.Richard is no longer there because he had to find something that actually pays. I received a call from Issac about my tuition saying he needs some money because he has bills to pay which was very unprofessional. I guess he thinks his instructors don't have bills to pay. While I was there several students in other classes didn't even get to start their classes and said they haven't received a refund after many attempts to contact Issac. The instructors and students had to put gas in the trucks just to be able to use them. I'm very thankful that Bill and Mike cared enough about their students to stick it out even though they weren't being paid because if not I wouldn't have received my CDL so thank y'all so much! To anyone wanting to enroll in CDL school here read your contract carefully and have payments figured out before you sign anything. Issac waited until a couple of days before my test to tell me that if you're not paid in FULL you can't take your driving test at the DMV! I had to come up with over 3 grand quick to keep my test date and be done with this awful school!! KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS JUST TO BE SAFE!"
"This establishment is a sad excuse of a trade school. I took a phlebotomy course that was paid in full (close to $950) and completed it on October 30, 2023 but have not received my certificate along with 7 other students. It has taken one month for Isaac Wachira, the owner, to print a piece of paper to say we completed the course. The phones are disconnected and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. Our instructor has reached out the owner multiple times to get us our certificate but all he has to say is “he’s working on it.” Because of this we have all been held back from finding jobs and are extremely upset. Us as student are trying to be understanding but it does not take over a month to print a paper. He is not considerate of his customers or even his instructors as they have not been paid. Do not waste your time and money here!"
"If I could I would give this “school” zero stars. I along with several other students paid for a CNA class that never happened. The class was scheduled to begin October 9th. Then it was delayed a week and then another week. The class was left a voicemail saying to come on October 23rd to begin class. We all came and we’re left sitting outside of the building waiting for somebody to show up (surprise no teacher ever came). There were also students there for a phlebotomy course that also had no teacher. All of the phone numbers connected to the school have gone out of service within the day. Do not waste your money here!!!"
"This is the most unorganized and most unreliable place I’ve ever seen. My CNA class was suppose to start October 9 and it is now October 23 and they have postponed class four different times. They didn’t even call any of the students to tell them when they canceled the classes. Which is very inconsiderate to the students that work day jobs and have to leave work early to come to the classes. On October 23, seven students showed up for the class and they had posted a sign on the door stating they would be closed today and reopen October 24; we notice someone had walked into the building and one student went and knocked on the door to get some answers. When they came to the door they had no idea that there was suppose to be a CNA class even suppose to start anytime soon. When we call the numbers that they have given us it doesn’t seem to be in service and nobody responds to emails or text messages even though they say they will respond within a couple hours. Highly do not recommend this school to anyone. It’s very shady and unorganized not to mention more expensive than local collages."
"I have taken 3 classes with this school and I think it was great. I have learned so much and they work with everyone so we can all succeed. Even when they have setbacks the teachers and owners do as much as they can to make sure everyone still gets what they need. I am confident with my skills everyone after taking their classes."
