They also repaired a lot old pedal of mine that has been non-functioning for years- I just assumed the pedal was dead forever. Staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Often, staff at a guitar shop have "their opinions" and don't really sway from the products they reccomend or their opinions on whatever. I feel like the staff here is more open minded & willing to learn themselves, which is a huge plus. Even though they are 45 min away they are now my go-to shop."

He concentrated on my problem and he found a few contributing issues and fixed them. I had given up hope on it ever playing good but it is heaven now. "I started taking lessons with Jason Jordan here in October 2018. He's crazy talented, has years of experience playing and teaching, and (important for beginners like me), has loads of patience! A few lessons in, I was finding my old guitar (a dreadnaught) a bit hard to handle, so I picked up a mid-size Blueridge guitar at Shiloh on Black Friday. I had them restring it for me with some Elixir strings (because they last longer), and they're always happy to answer questions or help me adjust it anytime. What I love about Shiloh is the friendly, attentive staff. With purchase like this, it's especially important to buy local because you're going to need service and support in the years ahead. They've been super patient and helpful to me! I recommend them both for lessons and for purchases. I'm still taking lessons with Jason (although online right now due to the pandemic), but maybe I'll see you around once it's safe to venture out again! In the meantime, I'm doubling down on lessons to help me pass the time on lockdown."
