"Seriously dropped the ball on this one. Scheduled and attended an evaluation session, place was dirty. The lady who was there was from another facility and couldn't tell me much info about the place or what exactly they did there. Not to mention, never shared her evaluation with my daughters pediatrician!! It's like the appointment didn't exist! Terrible communication skills, had a speech evaluation Scheduled as well that I was unaware of because they never informed me just for it to be canceled! Just horrible. I'd give 0 stars if I could."

"This company is horrendous and appalling. The facility is neglected and revolting. The floors are always dirty and the place is disgusting and it’s unacceptable especially when kids are brought in daily. The management and leadership of the company is skewed, unjustly and discriminatory. They do not provide the proper resources for the kids and the employees. They are unsatisfactorily disorganized and unstructured and they only do enough to benefit them and their pockets. I would strongly advise not to send your kids there. They are also understaffed and their current staff are being short paid which results to them leaving and finding better opportunities. This company is a disgrace and I would avoid going there or working there at all costs."
