"This place does not allow you to tour....because of "covid" yet all other daycares in the area will...secondly the staff in the infant room very clearly hate their jobs and offer zero engagement with the babies, typically leaving them on the floor all day not talking or playing with them and many are watching movies on their phones. It's just the bare necessities here. But don't expect anything to be on time if your baby has a feeding schedule. They fed mine late and then just skipped over their lunch solids feed...I immediately withdrew my children. Should've known it was a red flag when they had spots available immediately but wouldn't allow a tour."
"We had an amazing experience here. Our daughter was incredibly well cared and loved going to school everyday. The teachers are wonderful , professional, caring, fun, and energetic. Super amazing day care."
"We have had a wonderful experience at Angels Watching Over Me with our son for over a year. The staff is very caring and competent. They communicate well with parents. When he started attending, he started learning so much. They genuinely love him and all the children."
"I didn't even get past admissions. At first i thought this would be a great place. It was recommended by the owner church member. I called and left a message and it was returned the same night. I setup a time to tour. The administration that did the tour seemed bothered and not very helpful (everyone has a bad day) after that I thought I was on the wait list. They said if they didn't called in 6 month you had to call and keep your name on the wait list. I did. Almost 1 yr later still no call. I called and apparently I was never on the wait list. I talked to Tiffany she said let's start over. She said that she would email me an app to fill out and my son could start on Jan 20th. Well, never got and app and no one ever called. My son never went there."
"No matter what your situation and/or how secure you feel when you meet the staff during your initial tour of this facility, I would advise you NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD INTO THEIR INFANT PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!!! My son is 2 months old and he was in their care for 3 very long and very traumatic days. The first night he came home he smelled of feces. We noticed right away that he was not his usual jolly self, and although we chalked it up to his first time away from Mom and Dad his safety net - the mommy alarms began to go off. The alarms sounded hard and heavy at the end of the second day when we learned he was only fed 7 1/2 oz. of formula between the hours of 7 AM - 5:30 PM. This from a child who consumes four to five, 6 oz bottles a day at least! The staff tried to blame the nipple yet did nothing to alleviate the situation or much less contact me to see if this was the norm. Obviously, they didn't hear any alarms go off when they realized this tiny - practically newborn 2 month old hadn't consumed a mornings worth of formula in an entire day. Nor did they have the courtesy, concern, or common sense enough to contact me. What they didn't do was PAY ATTENTION when I left specific instructions on which bottle to use. To add insult to injury, when I arrived to pick him up and read their daily report on how much he was fed, the staff member said, "We just figured out how he takes his bottle - so don't worry about the note at the bottom......." What?! Is this what they call caring for an infant? Don't worry that this tiny baby had only eaten what would be considered less than an entire meal in one full day's time? Really? When I got him home he consumed a FULL BOTTLE AND A HALF IN AN HOUR!!! If he had been lethargic on the first day - by the second day without even one meals sustenance - he was completely exhausted after being practically starved all day long. The facility itself is filthy. The bins where you leave your childs things had crumbs and dirt in them. When the heat is on the room smells terrible - a combination of old urine and feces - when they aren't expecting a parent to come in and pick up their child. The list just goes on and on! I would never recommend anyone leave their infant at this facility. I am appalled at the fact a daycare such as this place has a license to care for infants!"
