My service advisor Alejandro was fantastic, and the replacement was complete in only 3 hours. Highly recommend this service center for any issues you might have though, in my experience, these cars are very trouble-free."

"Horrible customer service! First, I went to drop off and nobody knew anything and there were no signs where to drop your car off or where to go. Then, they gave me an estimate for a clicking noise I was having which I have heard was an issue for Tesla. They charged me instead of it being a warranty issue. They also charged me to “check” my brakes and charged me a diagnostic fee. Who does that? Charging to check my brakes is insane. Also, there is no way to communicate with them other than text on the app. They will give you a phone number to call but it goes to central Tesla headquarters and you can’t speak to anyone. What a sloppy mess with customer service. Lastly, after spending $600, they don’t even charge your car or give you a courtesy wash. Even Chevy does these things. Shame on Tesla. At least I know now never to bring my car to Tesla for service again. Wow"

"I went on my app today to book a time for service on my new Tesla model Y Performance. Got a reply back from one of the service guys telling me that I don’t have to come in for regular tire rotations for the performance model. I was shocked at the honesty of a service place. In the past, I’ve always had to pay more than what I expect for service at a car dealership/ mechanics shop. First time ever that someone in service department has ever saved me money. He did mentioned that performance models do wear out the back tires fast so keep an eye out for the wear/tear."
