"Been coming here for eight years with excellent service. The last several times not so much anymore. Technicians was great, receptionist has developed an awful attitude towards people. Apparently, she does not “hear” her tone of voice, dismiss attitude, or down right rudeness. Such a shame, she use to be pretty nice- now I dread having to interact with her."
