"Horrible. Not one person I talk to when I call seems to truly know anything about licensure, etc. not to mention everyone has been rude that I’ve spoken to. It’s ridiculous."

"Waited over 6 weeks to receive my ATT and get my application approved. Classmates in other states received theirs within 2 weeks, and tested and received their licenses long before we even had the opportunity to schedule. Not very responsive at all, and not super helpful."

"Absolutely horrible at serving nurses. Called in multiple times a week needing a critical update and “their systems were down” on and off every time I called and they will get you off of the phone as soon as possible. Anyone that works there should be ashamed."

"Any particular reason why the hold time is >10 minutes with a message that it's only 3 minutes and then you're directed to a voicemail that disconnects the call? Could we have a functional communication system?"

"Poor customer service. Went in person and was lied to. No current info on websire, no response to calls or emails. So dropped off piece of paperwork I need filled out ...again in person...to make sure if there was a fee, I'd pay then. Told no. Now I get an incorrectly filled out form letter..with no real persons name on it..the name is literally blank...saying..oh by the way...we need money to do this. WTH. I showed up..in person...asking..Totally incompetent group or individual. Our fees are wasted ...and if we did pur jobs as nurses as poorly we'd be fired."
