"Every time I go to Cycle Gear Rivergate I am greeted by one of the staff. This particular day I bought a new helmet and was helped by the only staff at that time. He was helping two or three at once. The staff is very knowledgeable and the prices are compatible. Shop local!!"

"A little disappointed that helmet I purchased didn’t come in box. I originally bought this online through their other store Revzilla. The sizing guide was two sizes too small and I was on the dime for return shipping, the second one came defective and they did pay for shipping that time. Ended up with some free time and went to store. Unfortunately the helmet I bought two times online went up $20 and all I was told is that it’s not rising season and prices go up this time of year. Overall the store was fine but the overall experience not so much."

"I like that you can order online if you know exactly what you want and have the option to reserve for pickup at their shop, or just ship direct to your house. I dropped in to try on cold weather gear. The selection and service were excellent. The experienced advice boosted my confidence that what I bought would be what I expected. The cold weather gear proved to be perfect for me. I also like that they cater to men, women and children. Separate try on rooms, and separate bathrooms."
