"Our family LOVES this awesome music school. My 5 year old son takes piano lessons with Abby and he is absolutely smitten with her. She’s so patient and kind but also really knows her stuff and is doing an incredible job teaching him this new skill. It’s the one extracurricular activity he never complains about going to — he truly looks forward to his lesson all week! Through taking my son to lessons, I got to know some of the other teachers, and decided to take a leap myself and start guitar lessons with Ellie. She is the BEST. I’ve improved so much in just a few months and I give all the credit to her for teaching me very practical ways of learning and playing. Most importantly, I’m excited and confident that I can actually become decent at this, and it’s so invigorating! I’ve even joined mom band myself and have met some of the coolest women/moms and am having the most fun I’ve had in years. Finally, my younger son just signed up for a class with Esther. He’s only been to one class so far but he was SO excited when it finished and couldn’t stop talking about it. He loved Esther, which meant a lot to me, because he can sometimes be intimidated around new people, but he did so awesome. I can’t wait for him to continue! Every person I’ve met at this school is just the best. The director, Christian, is always so accomodating of schedule changes, last minute cancellations due to sick kids etc, and just very professional but so approachable. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re looking for a fun, professional, exciting music education for your kids (or for yourself!), this is the place! I promise you will love it."

"We’ve been incredibly impressed with Bach to Rock, specifically with Mr. Todd who teaches the Kids n Keys class. His patient and encouraging manner has been wonderful, and our son is enthusiastic and has advanced quickly in learning to play the keyboard. We actually drive 30 minutes from South Nashville for Mr. Todd’s classes and hope to have our son try more classes at Bach to Rock in the future."

"I just wanted to thank all of the teachers at Bach 2 Rock for their patience and dedication to our kids on a daily basis. I spent an hour tonight trying to get my almost 7 year old to his drum lesson (holiday traffic and rush hour were out to GET ME) and my 19 month old was losing her ever-loving mind which caused my almost 7 year old to become overwhelmed with the noise and slow-moving traffic and begin to cry which ALMOST made ME cry before I decided to abort the mission and drive home. They were very understanding and I appreciate that- but the point of this review is to point out the simple fact that I am used to the noise of small children and I WAS AT MY LIMIT. These teachers deal with noisy children daily and many of them aren't "used to it" like those of us who live with small humans full-time. My sister doesn't have kids and I always think she must think my life is beyond chaotic and I barely notice. So I just want to say THANK YOU you are all saints and I love you."

"We have absolutely loved our experience at Bach to Rock. We take two classes with them: Kids & Keys for my 6 year old and Private Guitar lessons for me. They make music fun without the guilt and the pressure. They make me want to practice and they are very professional but make us feel like family. We've gotten to know them over the last few months and haven't met a single teacher that wasn't warm and welcoming. My son LOVES the teachers and talks about all the things he's learned. They've made kids' lessons fun with a variety of experiences and exercises for the children. We searched high and low to find a group kids class and this has been exactly what we wanted (we drive almost 40 minutes to get there happily each week). Also, I've taken lessons my entire life and Andrew has given me insight that I've never had before. He's shown me what the guitar can really do and he's got so much love for the music that you can't help but love it too. He's got a great gut for what you need to learn and in what order that makes it continue to feel interesting and new every week. I signed up because my son was really enjoying his class at the same time and I wanted to seize the opportunity to learn too. I would really recommend this. It's been a wonderful experience for both of us. I can't say enough good things about Back to Rock Nashville West (especially Michael the owner, Lexi, Ian and Andrew!). Update: This place has become home. I’ve joined a Mom band led by Ellie and my life will forever be changed for the better!! I feel so uplifted and have found a family here. It just keeps getting better!!"
