"My first and only time purchasing a personalized luggage tag from Wanderprints... I've shopped online before at other websites for personalized gifts without any issues. Firstly the gift took too long to arrive - it arrived 2 weeks after it was expected. The online staff were very helpful and responded promptly when making any enquiries. When it finally did turn up the size, colour, and print were completely wrong! Not to mention the flimsy base it was printed on! I would NEVER have gifted that to my friend. I would have been so embarrassed! I took photos of the preview and of the item and emailed the customer service contact. They were initially apologetic and said they would replace the item but at this point it was too late, I'd rather have a refund due to to the poor quality of the tag. After a frustrating 3 weeks and 12+ emails later I finally got my refund! So no, I would definitely NOT recommend this company!"

"Sadly, I wish I could say what the product is like. It never arrived. Now, three weeks after Christmas, the company is trying to blame an issue with my shipping address. I was repeatedly promised it would arrive on Christmas or the day after. From my tracking, it appears the item has sat in customs since December 22nd. Not my problem. I’ve repeatedly asked for a refund and they refuse. So now I’m stuck paying for a product I never received and may never receive. Normally I’d say you get what you pay for, but here I paid $200 for a gift I never received and may never receive. Beyond maddening, Just give me my money back."

"I have several complaints 1. My order took almost three weeks 2. Cheap material 3. Items come from china not from Cali 4. Expensive but material is very cheap. I can get this from Ross or Dollar Store First and last time Never again."

"They promised 5-9 day delivery. I ordered 12/2. It’s now 12/21 and it’s no where to be seen. Been emailing them. Only message says maybe 7-12 days more - too late to ship for Christmas. I want a refund. Scam!!!!"
