"Absolutely, love coming here with my boys for their Speech and Occupational Therapy. We have been here for years before Covid, through Covid, and now after. They are always considerate of our particular needs and work so well with my kiddos. We absolutely love Mrs. Jill and so happy she has been part of our journey for so long. She shows so much compassion for these kids and strives for them to continue to grow. Hands down one of the best people to have in your corner to help support your kiddo. Super nice but also won't let my kids walk over her and lead the session. She means business. The speech therapist have changed recently due to people leaving for jobs closer to their home so that has been tough but we love all of the speech therapist too. The whole reason why I give five stars. The only flaw I have seen time and time again, over all these years, is that the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. I would definitely give a 1 star based on the bathrooms. I have mentioned this concern to the registration desk staff, I have been given a number to call, and I have posted several times in the survey that is sent out.. Nothing has changed. PLEASE make a new routine to have the bathrooms maintained. Ensuring the safety of the variety of patients seen at this location. Everyone deserves a clean restroom not only the patients but the staff as well. The staff should not have to worry about complaints about the restrooms they should be focused on the incoming patients. I have been in the rest of the hospital and they are usually spotless. In my opinion the people who are here at the Outpatient Center need cleaner bathrooms compared to anywhere else. These are people who are or about to be dealing with surgery, some have infections, others need blood drawn, some are physically disabled, most are kids with special needs that come for therapy. The restrooms are in desperate need of some upgrades as far as new sinks and maybe new toilets. I should not have to come in and see a ring where the water sits in the toilet which means they have not been scrubbed and cleaned properly. Noone should have to come in and see other people's feces around, moldy rusted faucets, or the lack of dispensers working or have been filled. PLEASE MAKE A CHANGE."
"It is with deep appreciation that I write this review. I normally do not write reviews, but after having several PT sessions with Jordan C and Nicole, I felt compelled to share my thoughts. The level of care, professionalism and compassion I received during my outpatient treatment following my unplanned hip replacement at Hendersonville Tristar was like no other. Each session was custom tailored to ensure the best possible outcome. I highly recommend TriStar Hendersonville outpatient rehab. Thank you TriStar for having such phenomenal Physical Therapists."
"The people at Hendersonville Hospital are first class. The whole place. My experience with physical therapy began with Dong Phan. I heard an overview and I was sold. At that time, I didn’t need it. Then a calcification appeared in my right calf muscle and boy was it painful. After visiting the Orthopedic Surgeon, I learned there was nothing to be done. He sent me to physical therapy with low expectations of any relief. I knew where I was going and I drive all the way from Franklin. My experience at the front desk with Amy Jones has been first class. I have had treatments from Nicole Singleton, Jordan Carman and even Dong. They are all awesome. I am nearly pain free and back to walking without pain. Jordan’s ability to break up muscle knots has really done the trick. These knots form in response to the calcification….and cause pain. Coupled with the exercises they give me and the deep tissue therapy, I am back to my old self…only better. If I ever needed surgery, Dr. Valentine at Hendersonville Hospital would be my man."
"I highly recommend the outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation program at TriStar in Hendersonville. I have the pleasure of working with a physical therapist named Jordan. He is unlike any PT that I’ve worked with in the past. He doesn’t follow a cookie cutter program of therapy. He is creative and thinks outside the box. He customizes a program that targets yours very specific needs. He is friendly, conscientious, driven, inspirational and caring. Jordan will push you far beyond your comfort zone so you can attain your full potential. I call him the drill Sergeant. It is a term of endearment that I created for him because he wants the best for you and he want you to be all you can be."
"I have had about nine different PT sessions for my hips, shoulders, and back, and they were just ok. After my last hip surgery, I did PT, but I was having all kinds of issues and could barely walk, and had bad muscle pain. After meeting with my hip surgeon, he referred me to a spinal surgeon. After many x-rays and an MRI, his suggestion was additional PT and if that didn't work, then back surgery. I was convinced I would never walk right again or get rid of the constant pain I had. I did a lot of research and finally selected TriStar Hendersonville PT. Luckily I was assigned to Jordan C. and on occasion Nicole. Two of the best Physical Therapists I have ever met! They focused on exercise, stretching, and soft tissue work, and were extremely professional. It was a long two months, when Jordan fixed one issue, we realized it was just masking another issue, and so on. I didn't think we would ever figure it out. But with his persistence, we did and now I am walking normal again, and with no pain! A BIG THANK YOU to Jordan (and Nicole)!"
