"I would not recommend counseling from her. She spent more time telling her own stories and experiences than listening to mine. I had to remind her every single session what was going on and reexplain everything. It was hands down my worst experience. I was suffering from ptsd and negative thoughts. She essentially told me alot of it was my fault. I have not been to her in years and i stopped going cold turkey because I was spending hundreds of dollars a month for her to talk about herself and make me feel like my trauma was my fault. I am now with a counselor that is amazing and was horrified and apologetic that someone in her profession would act that way. Wasted money and made me fearful to try counseling again. Do not let a poor experience with a counselor keep you from pursuing healing. There are great ones out there!"
