"I've been seeing a provider here for two years and recently have been experiencing a decline in the positivity that is exhibited by certain staff. While my provide is and has always been courteous and polite, there are some who either call out of the blue for what they claim is "a returned called" and proceed to rudely demand you give THEM the reason for their call. There's also walking up to yhe front desk and waiting patiently for the clerk who is on the phone just to have her roll her eyes show a look of disgust and point to her coworker to her right. I feel very humiliated when showing politeness is returned with immediate rudeness. However the receptionist that I was shifted to was extremely helpful. She was kind and just completely exhibiting the utmost customer service"
"I've been going to this clinic off and on since I was a kid. I'll honestly say that they are never there for me when I need prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. It takes them DAYS to simply send prescriptions to my pharmacy or to transfer prescriptions from one pharmacy to the other. This happens every single month. I am prescribed stimulants, mood stabilizers and antidepressants so when I have to go days without them I tend to have mental breakdowns because it causes me to be unstable. I have to call and annoy my clinic and pharmacy over and over and over for days to get them to send my meds to the pharmacy. The only reason I stay with this clinic is because I have to see specific practitioners there. It feels like my clinic is never there for me when I need them and that's depressing knowing that I can't go anywhere else.. They also almost NEVER answer the phone. Sometimes I have to call over a dozen times to get ANYONE to answer."
"I have been going here since 2012. I have been treated with the utmost respect. However, now at times there is only one person working at the front desk and one nurse working at a time. Unfortunately, I feel that when you fired the best girl in the front that made it what it was it is not the same anymore. You are not employing enough employees to run your business and it is hurting not only your patience. But you're also hurting your employees because they are taking the weight of 10 peoples jobs and I don't feel that is fair to them or me or any of the clients what happened to the five-star service I used to get? I am now waiting day three for a response on a need for a new medication. I can't sit here and keep not being able to pay my bills because I can't work because I'm depressed and I don't have any energy to do anything. How are you helping me or the other clients? I really think you need to take long hard look at the business and how you're running it. So unfair to you employees and your patients"
"Emily Hill is a wonderful therapist. Kayla McManus is a great psychiatrist. I am very thankful to have found them."
"I love this place. I miss it so much now that I think about it, because the therapist I go to now, they don’t seem to “understand” my wants and needs. I haven’t been to center stone since February 2023, due to some therapist not taking my insurance. It is also a waiting list to get into therapy because of my situation right now. I hope to go back to them soon if that is possible. It is a little far from home, but it is worth it. I have been going to this place since 2017 or 2018, so these people know me very well."
