"Unless you are a homeless person and have no other place to go, chose another provider. I have convinced my daughter to give this provider another try for medication management, and after 15 munites in a stuffy doctor's office, she was driven away to an emergency room with psychogenic seizers. She came well dressed, cheerful, with some make up on and left on a stretcher with EMS. How Centerstone does it, who knows, I guess they are professionals in that, pushing drugs on people, even if they don't help and not providing any compassionate care, as they should. I regret ever going there and won't recommend it to anyone, save people who have no other place to turn to."
"I love this place. They do the best they can for people. The staff is very helpful and caring. I always enjoy going and feel safe when entering the building. I'd give 10 stars if I could."
"Worst ever for medication follow up. Moved to Tennessee during COVID had an awesome counselor who took time to get to know me via Zoom. Once the office reopened she left. I was shuffled from one therapist to the next because they were always leaving, they spent more time talking about their future than focusing on me. I was then placed with a therapist that only wanted to ask 3 questions, didn't have time to listen had to get you in and out in 15 minutes. Finally spoke to the office manager and was placed with a new therapist. There was an accident on my way to the clinic and I was late (I had been told in the past that there is a fifteen minute grace period ), it appears this isn't the case. Was told I need to reschedule even though I am out of medication. No campassion or understanding what so ever of the situation. They call themselves mental health providers but it appears that they need to go back to school. Will be days with out my medication that I have been on for 30 years and they could care less. The time that was wasted sDMing each other to discuss when I arrived could have been used for my appointment and my stress levels wouldn't be so high. Please don't insult me by sending me one of your boilerplate responses, just like the scripts you all have memorize before speaking to a client."
