"I’ve been in this location a few times recently. To say my experience was less than stellar would be an understatement. While they have a fancy water testing system, they are not personable and do not even attempt to match the understanding of the customer when it comes to pool chemistry. They just tell you to buy several hundred dollars of products and hand you printed directions. Not to mention, the guy working in the store that I have encountered several times is direct, borderline rude, and not helpful. He even went as far today as to say to me (a customer), that most of the pool companies are leaving Murfreesboro because they don’t like customers here. I left and went down the street to Hunt pools and received the opposite experience. They were nice, courteous, and explained exactly what I needed to know. Also, they recommended I spend $15 on baking soda and gave me printed directions on how to use it. Versus Leslie’s Recommending another $150 set of chemicals after I spent $300 with them two weeks ago.Moral of the story…. Go somewhere else if you need pool support."
