"My husband was scheduled to see Dr. Williams. The office called and scheduled his appt and then was a no call no show. They rescheduled him. He had his intake session at the end of the appt they scheduled him for his next session and then Dr. Williams was a no call no show for a 2nd time. The office was called both times there was a no call no show of the Dr, only to be told that they didn't have my husband on the schedule we I'm not sure what the mix up is with the communication for appts but it needs to be fixed. We decided to look for another therapist. I wouldn't recommend them."

"I really hate to say it, but they are not very truthful, they don’t make/keep appointments all of the time, they don’t return phone calls, etc. When told about it, they make excuses. I was only able to see an intern who really tried to do her best. I only saw an actual doctor once. I see that there are some people who have had good experiences. I guess I wasn’t good enough to continue being a patient there."
