"Bought a shirt from a boutique, didn’t realize the shirt had a stain on it. The boutique was out of stock, tried contacting the customer service at Be Cool, the lady on the phone was very rude. She told me they couldn’t exchange it. Very disappointed."
"After driving 4 hours. There was no customer service in store, felt like we were an inconvenience! Told order would not be ready til the following Monday (we arrived on Friday) we got a hotel and waited. Called to confirm order in the AM. When we arrived the order was not ready and told a couple more days. When asked why they told us we it was ready they just said IDK ...when asked if they would cover shipping since I couldn't wait another day they said no. The general attitude was that they simply didn't care. This was the poorest customer service I have ever received. There are way to many options to be totally disregarded."
"Horrible customer service. We drove down from Santa Barbara specifically to order of which we did. A confirmation call was made the following day and we were to pick up on our way back home. When we arrived we were told our order was not ready for another few days and we were expected to pay shipping for their mistake after a confirmation call was given the day prior. I don't recommend this location for out of town businesses."
