"Called to set an appointment with people on the website. All three people I chose wouldn't accept new people. BUT they would let me see a a Brand New therapist and when I said I didn't want a TLMFT (Temporary Licensed Marital & Family Therapist) was told that wasn't what they were. They've just finished school and just have to complete some hours. After I pushed back she agreed that is what it is defined as. I said I didn't appreciate the website was not accurate on people I could see and I would maybe call back if I couldn't find anyone else. She then hung up on me...It is unfortunate as I was just providing honest feedback and not being rude. Website feels like a "bait and switch" to me. Could be great for you, but be careful."
