"Apparently, since they don't answer phone calls nor answer their door I have to result to this. You guys are trash. I bought someone a Groupon for facials and he's called several times...no answer. He's shown up in person to knock on the door during business hours several times...no answer. I myself have called several times without anyone EVER coming to the freaking phone. I showed up today and rung the Ring doorbell multiple times DURING posted business hours and guess what? No answer. I bought this Groupon in July and several efforts have been made to schedule a time for him to be serviced and nothing each time. Now the Groupon is expired and I've spent money on this unprofessional establishment. I'm typing all this, but it too, will probably go unanswered. Do not purchase ever. Don't waste your money and your time like I have. It sucks to have paid for services that wont ever be rendered. TERRIBLE COMPANY...SERIOUS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM."

"I live in another state and made to to my appointment but I wasn't given clear directions so I had to find the place which push me behind 5 to 10 minutes. I called prior to entering explaining I'd be a few mins behind and should I simply reschedule, the owner replied no. I apologized several times and she proceeded to humiliate me in front of the class I was shown in the tour about being late so, absolutely choose a professional school to enroll in."

"OMG!!! From the moment I walked in I knew it was where I needed to be. Ms. Ross is an amazing director. She looked at me and knew exactly what would help my 63 year old skin. She introduced me to Nos my esthetician who was darling, caring and professional. Ms Ross gave her instructions which were a huge upgrade ❣️I can not say enough about how wonderful these people are and the ambience of IIE. Will be going back often. Treat yourself and your skin. "WOW! I bought a Groupon deal for this place and was a bit skeptical because of past aesthetic schools but this one defies all odds! Literally booked for my next appointment before leaving. I felt like my needs and goals were theirs too, and that meant so much!"

"The customer service makes the experience at this place! First, I must admit that I had a bit of an attitude of frustration when I left two voice messages because I couldn't get through to anyone. Little did I know that they were on break for the holiday season. However, when I received a call back, I was met with great customer service and flexibility on the part of the staff. My apologies a 1000x over! After getting over that hump, I was met with such pleasantry. The staff took exceptional care of me, and the instructor even chose a different treatment plan for me because of some inflammation on my face that wouldn't have done well with the microdermabrasion. I'm glad she recommended a different treatment because I also was concerned about the effects of the microdermabrasion on my skin. And, the recommended treatment was much better for me I think! Last, I need to shout out Avry and Cali for treating me so well. They were so easy to talk to and gave me suggestions for my skin. We even talked about life and things unrelated to skin care. They made sure I was comfortable, and the hand massage at the end was an added bonus. Suggestions: The place was overall clean and decorated. But, if I were to give any suggestions, one would be to find a way to get the water stains off the sink areas because it gives an appearance of uncleanliness. The second would be to make sure the dust at the bottom of the machines is dusted. The last one would be to make sure the bathroom floors are well-swept and mopped. I think these are little fixes that would make a big difference and really set this place apart. All in all, I would definitely recommend this institute, and the number one reason would be the customer service!"
