The Luke Weathers Flight Academy is located at 11299 Airport Road in Olive Branch, Mississippi, United States. The academy was established in honor of Lieutenant Colonel Luke Weathers Jr., the first African American air traffic controller for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) based at Memphis International Airport. Lt. Col. Weathers was also the first African American to receive the key to the City of Memphis, declaring a day in his honor.

The academy offers a range of flight training programs, including FAR 141 and 61 Flight Training, JET Transition Training, UAV Pilot Training, Military Rotor Fixed Wing Transition, Air Force Candidate Flight Training, and more. The Professional Pilot Program aims to take students from zero experience to airline pilot within two to three years, with guaranteed Flight Instructor job placements after graduation.
