People who want success for themselves & their employer should act more professional. Admit your mistakes(we all make them) don't act sarcastically, apologize for the mistake, & don't hang up on people. That's the professional way to handle it instead of shirking your responsibilities& blaming something else for your mistakes then finalizing the whole bad act by hanging up on a person that's trying to bring business to your employer"
