"I have used three different CVS locations and have had the exact issues with all of them. They are always understaffed (2 staring at the computer screen and 1 at the register). I have health issues that make it difficult to stand. Standing in line always takes over 30 minutes. They never answer the phone. I was placed on hold for 55 minutes. They hung up on me twice. My prescriptions are never in stock. CVS needs to find better ways to help their customers. Their customer service is severely lacking."
