"Amazing results!! Amazing Therapist! I had lived with neck and shoulder pain for ten years when I visited Susan Jenkins at IPT after my Doctor referred me to her. I could barely turn my head at times to look over my shoulder without pain shooting through my neck and shoulder. I would also get a crick in my neck that would last for months at a time and I wouldn’t even be able to turn my head that far. I was scared I would have to have surgery as long as I had been dealing with the pain and stiffness. To be quite honest I didn’t have high hopes about physical therapy but was certainly willing to try almost anything before having surgery. I was impressed the first day because it was nothing like the physical therapy that I pictured in my mind. After the first few visits I could finally turn my head to look over my shoulder without intense pain shooting through me (or just not able to do it at all). I also haven’t had a crick in my neck in months now, which is a miracle in itself! Very professional but relaxing environment at the same time. Susan and Cindy both are warm, friendly, caring individuals that I would recommend to anyone."
