"I left after dealing with an unprofessional therapist here. She was often late, said nothing about it, and scrolled on her Apple Watch during sessions. Her vibe was off. I found a much better therapist. If you want a therapist that actually cares and is professional, go elsewhere. I don’t mind spending money on quality care, but that was not found here. Never dealt with such unprofessional behavior in a therapist’s office before."

"Had a less than pleasant experience with therapists here. The first was not attentive. She used her phone throughout our sessions, once breaking out into full on laughter mid-session. I switched therapists and started seeing the owner. With her, the grace period is one-sided. You have to check in on time, only to be forced to wait 40+ minutes for your session to begin, if she even bothers showing up at all. I need therapy from my therapists and would never recommend them to anyone, unfortunately. The two stars are for the admin, because she was amazing through all of my difficulties with the staff."
