"Alexandra Thompson, is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate ghetto person...I have dealt with for the position she has. She plays the sympathetic role really well, until it is time to do her job. Had my daughter complete all of the online process required to get started, took my credit card information and that was the last we heard from her. Sent an email to her through Spruce to set up an appointment , and did not receive a reply to what she had available... until I left a message for her superior Mrs.Jackson.Then she she magically had an open widow of 12 or 5 o'clock.She called to talk, which I again asked for Mrs.Jackson. She then replied to be the point of contact. It was obvious she knew that she had not done her job, so she was not willing to let me speak with her superior. During the conversation she acted as though she had no knowledge of previous conversation with me and my daughter. She was very nonchalant, during the conversation while ordering food at the drive thru. I was assured by her that she was willing to help my daughter, and would let Mrs.Jackson know I still needed to speak with her. Several hours later she called back and said that she was unsure of who she would be dealing with even after I explained the situation to her, more than once during the first conversation. This was very frustrating and let me know that the situation was not of importance to her, but again she said she was very much willing to help my daughter. She then sends a text message a few minutes later to say she can no longer be of assistance to my daughter... instead of stating this during our last phone conversation. There was never any intention for her to be of assistance to my daughter. A complete waste of our time. Also never received a call from Mrs.Jackson, so much for customer service..."
