"I will never come back to this place again. If you are looking to try to get help for your kids here run and find someone else more qualified. I tried to get help for my teenage daughter here and all her therapist did was judge me from the start and even went so far as to go through my personal text messages with my own daughter through her phone. To me that's a complete invasion of privacy and my minor child can't consent to that. Then the therapist went so far as to lie about said messages (like I didn't have the ones in my phone to prove the lies) I will be contacting the BBB and doing what I can to make sure that therapist doesn't see any other children and disrupt their lives the way she has done me and my family."
"Loved Mandy and sad she is gone. Would have been 5 stars but the one that we see now doesn't exactly have the same views or treatment plan. Really liked speaking with kenzie also. The portal setup is very difficult however and takes too much time and multiple phone calls to set up. Plus you have to have a different email for each kid."
"Although I moved before I could come to my first appointment, the women answering the phone was professional and helpful. It is way to much paperwork to fill out. The portal is not easy to set up. I had to call the office several times for help. Each time I called the staff was very sweet to me and did all they could to help me. As an older person who is not good with online stuff this process was extremely stressful. The ladies answering the phone were good to me. i give them 5 stars but everything being online would get a negative star if i could do that."
"I went here 2 times with all of my history on digital paper work. I am 34 years old and never believed in therapy, and I can tell you now this place never wants to make me go back to any "therapist", ever, again. My "therapist" was an ex drug counselor, and I am convinced she never had a license. I don't know how therapy works but she judged me with pure conviction and never once asked how I was feeling.. not my cup of tea but F around and find out I guess..."
