"I have only had to deal with this pharmacy twice because I use Food City in Kingston mostly. My wife's insurance changed and she can't use Food City now. They said her prescription would be ready in 20 minutes, so I fooled around and took time shopping for 30 more minutes. Then I got in line behind one person. They would wait on the cars at the window first then when no cars were at the window, they would wait on the people in the store. There were four people present and working. After about ten more minutes I was waited on and the prescription still wasn't ready. The previous time I used this pharmacy was a couple years ago when I was trying to purchase covid 19 test kits. They had expired past the second date that it had been extended. When I brought it to their attention they tried to argue that they had been extended. I proved to them that it was beyond the extension date. About a week later I was in there shopping and the expired kits were still on the self. We like shopping at this Kroger but will never use this pharmacy again."

"I’ve used Kroger pharmacy for years and I really do love the staff and location, HOWEVER their hours are HORRIBLE. They close so early and take lunch so it’s difficult if you work to get your medications when you need them."

"Everyone is very hard working they're very knowledgeable employees including the pharmacist one in particular Matt he is a very loving caring understanding and loves his job to the point of making sure people are taught or learned about what medicines they are taking at this point there's sometimes there's a long wait the only thing I dislike is if you're looking for a prescription on the 30th day it takes him forever to fill it I wish they would feel the night before and have the prescription ready in the morning. Jonathan one of the employees a plus person I can name off all of them they're just great people"
